The best land ever? Definitely not. The cheapest land ever? 100% yes.
This land was affordable because it is 1000 feet from the nearest dirt road. Also, no well water. Oh yeah, in addition, no fence, no septic, and no power. Honestly, bringing real meaning to the phrase "dirt cheap".
Not gonna lie... If I had a million bucks, I'd have bought 100 acres with a house, power, and irrigation. Instead, I'm bootstrapping my farming dreams from scratch.
With hard work, regenerative sustainable methods, faith and prayer, I'm going to build a farm on this northern Arizona high desert. Lets goooo!
